All products are handcrafted in our workshop per order and shipped out after fulfillment. We take about 5-7 business days to create and fulfill leather products.

How can i return/exchange an item?

We take full responsibility over our products. Therefore we offer our clients 100% return warranty. If by any reason you're not pleased with the product you can send it to return in 14 days. All custom work is non-refundable.

How can i follow my order?

You can check the status of your order by logging to your account to access "My Orders" or by using your order number and email at the check order status page.

Shipping

We ship Worldwide. All orders are shipped with DHL Express delivery. When your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive an email with a DHL tracking number so you can follow along on your order’s journey to you! All products are handcrafted in our workshop per order and shipped out after fulfillment. We take about 5-7 business days to create and fulfill leather products. If your Fullmetal Custom leather item ever needs a repair due to craftsmanship or material issues, we’ve got you covered. Whether it’s a stitch coming loose or a worn-out strap, send it back to us, and we’ll restore it—so your gear keeps going as long as you do.

This is more than a promise; it’s our commitment to quality, sustainability, and you.

1-4 days returns & lifetime guarantee. We make leather goods that last for decades and nearly all FullMetal products come with a free lifetime warranty. This warranty means that for the lifetime of the product we are happy to make repairs needed to fix any damage caused by normal use. The lifetime warranty doesn't cover the owner's lifetime or their heirs. Leather, once well treated and cared for, will last for decades and all our products are made with the most durable materials that are not commonly available. However, things happen, and one day a thread may break or a rivet fall off. If this happens, we are happy to fix it! Simply send the product back to us with a note about what went wrong. We will always do our very best to repair any damage to your FullMetal product. Please be aware, that damages caused by intentional misuse or mistreatment can't be fixed and are not covered by our warranty.

Returns

Right to cancel. If you’re unhappy with the product you’ve received, then we’d be happy to take it off your hands, within 14 days of your order delivery date. Returns will be refunded to the original form of payment. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note that the right to cancel does not apply to personalized products. Personalized products are not returnable, unless they arrive damaged or defective. How to process a return:

Read before you process a Returns :

  • Get in touch with us within 14 days of your order delivery date
  • Goods must not show signs of wear, use or damage.
  • The goods must be carefully packed, ideally in the box in which they were sent to prevent damage during shipping.
  • Please do not return the goods as cash on delivery, we cannot accept such shipments.
  • Note FullMetalCustom.com does not cover the expenses for the return of the goods.
